This past weekend, Hubby and I met up with some friends at Great Park‘s Artisan Food & Arts Festival. We had such a great time catching up and indulging in yummy gourmet food truck eats. Another neat thing we saw was a plant based sauce demonstration from the executive Chef, Jenny Ross, from 118 Degrees in Costa Mesa, California. It’s a “living foods” eatery, where no food is heated above 118 degrees. Healthful, fun and I am sure delicious!
But my favorite part was exploring the Farm & Food Lab! They’ve started a wonderful thing over at Great Park and I’m excited to learn more and possibly be a part of it in the future.
